At the practice in Bonn’s Bundesviertel district, in addition to Dr. Marco Plicht, eleven medical assistants and opticians take care of our most sensitive sense organ: the eye. Daniela Plicht, medical assistant and wife of Dr. Plicht, has been the good soul of the practice for many years – combining professional expertise, empathy and outstanding organisational skills. Together with the practice team, she creates an atmosphere in which patients immediately feel welcome and at ease. 

High-tech that serves people. 

Whether routine check-ups, acute complaints or long-term care – in this practice every concern related to vision is in the best of hands. From precise diagnostics to innovative treatment methods, state-of-the-art technology is used here, but only where it truly adds value. Technology only makes sense when it serves people, says Daniela Plicht. Even more important, however, are the skills no device can replace: experience, empathy and genuine interest in the person opposite. Here, a dedicated dream team works with passion and expertise to always find the best solution. 

A strong team for the best possible vision. 

A large part of this work lies with the medical assistants and opticians. They are the first point of contact, ensure smooth processes and strike the right balance between high-tech and heartfelt care. Promoting young talent is an integral part of this: We want to show young people how fulfilling this profession can be – both professionally and personally, emphasises Daniela.
