Per 21-04-2019 is de nieuwe nieuwe PBM-verordening (EU) 2016/425 in werking getreden en is BP als producent verplicht om alle risico’s waartegen het PBM beschermt te beschrijven en daarbij te verwijzen naar de relevante en actuele EU-normen incl. hun publicatiedatum.
Daarnaast moet de verplichte conformiteitsverklaring als downloadlink te vinden zijn op elke PBM. Deze informatie is terug te vinden in de gebruikersinstructie die bij elke PBM is toegevoegd.
