How do I return an item?
You can return your order to us within 14 days without giving any reason.
Proceed as follows:
Return the item complete and in its original packaging with the paper label in the parcel.
Complete the return label in full and place it in the parcel.
Cover the address label with the new returns label. If no returns label is enclosed with your parcel, you can create the returns label yourself using this link. The label already contains the postage for the return and the return address. Any delivery costs incurred will not be refunded.
Take the parcel to the nearest DHL/Post parcel shop.
Will I incur any costs for a return?

How long do I have to return my item?

When will I receive my refund?
