Delivery time
We usually deliver your desired BP products within two working days.
Consignment tracking
As soon as your package is sent, you receive an e-mail from us with your tracking code, which you can use to track online the delivery status of your order. Enter your tracking number in the input field and click on “Search” (DPD) / “Send”.
Returns & Refunds
How can I return an item?
The agreed terms and conditions for returns apply. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. As soon as we have checked the returned goods, we will send you a corrected invoice or reversal invoice.

How do I obtain images?
We work together with the online image archive Picdrop to back up and archive our images. As a business partner, you can send us an e-mail to marketing@bierbaum-proenen.de to obtain a Picdrop account and access to the images at the same time.
