1. ORDERING PROCESS AND DELIVERY 

Can I order without a customer account? 


Yes, you can also place an order as a guest. However, registration has many advantages. You can: order conveniently and quickly without having to enter data for every order Manage delivery addresses change account details Detailed order history of past orders 

 What are the shipping costs? 


Germany (order via the de-domain) For orders within Germany there is a flat-rate shipping charge of € 5.84 net (excl. VAT) / € 6.95 gross (incl. VAT). From a net value of goods of € 100.00 (excl. VAT) / € 119.00 gross (incl. VAT) we send free of shipping costs. 

Austria (order via the at-domain): For orders to Austria, there is a flat-rate shipping fee of € 5.84 net (excl. VAT) / € 6.95 gross (incl. VAT). From a net value of goods of € 100.00 (excl. VAT) / € 120.00 gross (incl. VAT) we send free of shipping costs.

Please note that the shipping costs are calculated for the outward delivery and are therefore still incurred if the goods are returned in full. This does not depend on the country. 

Is there a minimum order value? 


Yes, the minimum order value is €20.00 net value of goods. 

How long does it take until I receive the delivery? 


We usually deliver your desired BP products within two working days. 

How can I change my order? 

We ask for your understanding that it is unfortunately no longer possible to change your order once it has been sent. 

How can I enquire about the current status of the delivery? 


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a consignment number by e-mail. You can enter this on the following website: https://www.dhl.de/de/paket/information/sendungsverfolgung.html and find out immediately where your parcel is. 


Can I cancel my order if it has not yet been dispatched? 


No, unfortunately orders that have been placed can no longer be cancelled. 

How do I redeem a voucher? 


The voucher code can be entered directly in the shopping basket and will be credited immediately after clicking on the "Redeem voucher" button. You can see this in the summary of the total amount in the shopping basket. 


Do you also deliver abroad? 


Yes, we currently also deliver to Austria. Please visit our country-specific website at www.bp-online.com/at. For deliveries to other countries, please contact our customer service. 

Can I have the item delivered to any address? 


Yes, your order can be delivered to any address within Germany. We also offer you the option of collecting your parcel from a Packstation or DHL parcel shop.

2. PAYMENT 

How can I pay? 

We currently offer you the option of paying by credit card, Paypal, instant bank transfer or invoice. 

What are BP's bank details for purchase on account? 


You will find the bank details for paying for your order via the BP online shop using the "purchase on account" payment method on your invoice. You will receive these by e-mail after completing your order. In addition to the IBAN and BIC, please also state the reason for payment as shown on the invoice sent to you so that we can allocate the payment made to your order. The payment method "purchase on account" is only available in our BP online shop.

3. return and exchange 

How do I return an item? 


You can return your order to us within 14 days without giving any reason. 

Proceed as follows: 

Return the item complete and in its original packaging with the paper label in the parcel. Complete the return label in full and place it in the parcel. Cover the address label with the new returns label. If no returns label is enclosed with your parcel, you can create the returns label yourself using this link. The label already contains the postage for the return and the return address. Any delivery costs incurred will not be refunded. Take the parcel to the nearest DHL/Post parcel shop. 
 

Will I incur any costs for a return? 


No, you incur any costs. A returns label is enclosed with your BP order. 

How long do I have to return my item? 


You can return your order to us within 14 days without giving any reason. You can find all information on the right of cancellation in the cancellation policy. 

When will I receive my refund? 


As soon as we have checked the return, you will receive an invoice correction or cancellation invoice from us. This usually takes place within a few days of receipt of the return. For credit card payments with the monthly statement.

4. customer account 

How do I create an account? 


There are 2 ways to create a customer account: 
1. without placing an order 
 Click on the "Log in" symbol at the top right of the page. Here you have the option of registering. 
2. during the purchase process 
 When you call up your shopping basket and click the "Checkout" button to pay, you will be asked to log in or enter your details. If you are not yet registered, a customer account will be created automatically during the purchase process. This will be confirmed to you by e-mail. 

How can I change my password? 


Click on the "Log in" symbol at the top right of the page. Once you have entered your e-mail address and password, you can view and change your password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot your password?" when logging in. You will then receive a link to create a new password. 

How can I log out? 

By clicking on the "Log out" field (top right). 

Will my personal data be treated securely? 


Your data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the applicable German laws. Your data will never be passed on. Further information can be found under the menu item Data protection.
